Closed Joint-Stock Company "CORPORATE TRAINING SYSTEMS" was established in 2006 with the aim to develop the market of automation of education and corporate training. The founders of the company were two leading Russian IT companies.

After the merging, the new company acquires the IT-core: key staff, technologies, proprietary software and intellectual property. The basic staff of the new company is represented by 50 highly qualified specialists in the area of information technology. All experts have a long-term successful work experience in realization of software projects. They carried out dozens of successful projects of the computer-base training and learning management systems development. Among the customers are such well-known organizations as: DIXIS, Nuclear power plant Busehr (Iran), Lucent Technologies and others.

The main activity of the Company is the development and implementation of the computer-based training and learning management systems (CBT & LMS). The company has its own technology platform, and a proprietary software product TRAININGWARE. The company provides a full cycle of works in CBT & LMS development: needs analysis, learning models development, multimedia educational courses development, and implementation LMS at enterprises, organization and support the learning process.

Significant demand for CBT & LMS software exists in various areas of Russian industry: power engineering, gas and oil industry, medicine, telecommunications and others.
